Important Note: We can not ship wines and spirits to the following states at this time: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Hawaii, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming. The customers from these states who wish to shop from us may order non-alcoholic products.

Delivery Policy / Signature Policy – Must be 21 years or older
You MUST be 21 years of age or older to purchase wines and spirits from WineCountryLyndhurst.com. All packages sent by us require a signature at the time of delivery. We recommend that you provide us with an address where person with age of 21 or older will be present to sign for the package (for example, business address). The person will be asked to show identification. As a result, Wine Country will not be able to ship to PO BOX addresses or ship with any special instructions such as “leave on the deck at the back of the house”. If shipment is returned for failure to provide proper proof of age, the buyer is responsible for the payment of return shipping charges. On the purchaser’s behalf, we can ONLY ship to home and business addresses only. We can not ship to other Liquor Stores or FedEx Stores.

Tracking Your Shipment
FedEx is the shipping carrier. FedEx sends us the tracking number for your shipment once they pick it up from Wine Country. You can find your tracking number in the email sent to you by us notifying you that your order has been shipped. For any reasons, you are unable to locate your tracking number, please feel free to call us at 201-939-7800 or email us at and we will be happy to assist you in tracking your package.

Save on Shipping
You can save on shipping when you buy online and choose the “Store Pickup” option while checking out in the drop-down menu. Just place the order with this option and we will have your order ready to be picked up at our store located at 419 Valley Brook Ave, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071. You can always contact us for the most convenient pick up time and save on the shipping costs. Our Store hours are as follows: Monday thru Wednesday – 9AM to 9PM, Thursday thru Saturday – 9AM to 10PM, and Sunday 12PM to 6PM.

Taxes
All purchases delivered within the state of New Jersey are subject to applicable New Jersey Sales tax which is currently at 7.00%. For all shipments outsides the state of New Jersey, the purchaser is solely responsible for all taxes or fees levied by any taxing authority in the state of the delivery.

The purchaser is solely responsible for any shipment made by WineCountryLyndhurst.com (WC Lyndhurst, LLC). By placing the order with your credit card, title and ownership of all wines and spirits passes from Wine Country, Lyndhurst, NJ, to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey. The purchaser takes all responsibilities for the shipping the purchased products from New Jersey to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the purchased wines and spirits, Wine Country at Lyndhurst, NJ is providing a service to the purchaser and acting on behalf of the purchaser in processing and shipping the order, including engaging a common shipping carrier to deliver the purchased wines and spirits. By utilizing our service, the purchaser is agreeing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wines and spirits. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wines and spirits and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and also authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
